Odometer is a take-along application that will be able to track distances as you walk, drive, boat, ski, or whatever! Use odometer when going out on a walk or run to calculate traveled distance.
Features:
- Simple interface for use in not-so-simple environments.
- Choose between miles or kilometers on the fly
- Stores your distance even after you close it. Reset back to zero with a press of a button.
- GPS warning light indicates lack of GPS lock (thus less accuracy).
- GPS remains active while device is locked so the distance keeps updating even when the screen is off.
Note: This is for use with iPhones with GPS capability for maximum accuracy.

Attractive and simple, just how it should be! Being able to track the distance In the background would be an excellent udate! Worth the $.
Yes it works!... A feature I would like to see is to allow you to input a preset odomoter reading and have it count up from there.
Some bad moments
Could not get GPS signal in Vancouver, Canada where TrailblazerLite works fine.
Getting GPS data is slow (much more than other soft on same phone and location). The info button doesnt work
It might work good if you ride a bike. I drive a car and my car Odometer works fine.
I was very excited to use this on my bike rides and hikes but it takes so long to find my location. Ive tried twice now and gave up both times. Were talking 15 mins and more! 2 stars until bug is fixed then 5
This application may not work with an older phone. 3G phones only. I have not been able to get this app to respond in the Bay Area,Northern California
It takes for ever to lock on the GPS coordinates, so you cant be in any hurry, and then the connection is dicey, so not to be trusted.
